What are Your Delivery Fees?
Delivery is complimentary Monday to Friday to selected locations within 10km of Dianella, a suburb located within the Northern suburbs of Perth. For other Perth locations, the delivery fee will be indicated during the check-out process.
Please Note: Deliveries to the CBD, East Perth & West Perth will incur a $5 surcharge to cover parking fees if required.
If delivery is not available during the check-out process, we may not be currently delivering in your area. Please contact us enquiries@heytherepoppy.com.au to discuss your specific needs further.
When Can I Have my Flowers Delivered?
Monday to Friday Delivery
Same Day delivery can be arranged for all orders placed prior to 12pm. Pre-orders with 24 hours minimum notice are preferred and give you the best chance of having any special requests accommodated for.
All orders will be delivered before 5pm on the scheduled day of delivery. Requesting a certain time of delivery is not possible on same day orders. If you have pre-ordered flowers and have a special request for a certain time of delivery, please contact us enquiries@heytherepoppy.com.au. This may or may not be possible depending on the date of delivery.
Weekend Delivery
For delivery on Weekends, please contact us enquiries@heytherepoppy.com.au to make suitable arrangements. Please note all weekend deliveries will be subject to a delivery fee.
Can I Pick Flowers up From Hey There Poppy?
Pick-up can be arranged, by appointment only. Please contact us to discuss your requirements – enquiries@heytherepoppy.com.au
Note: We are not a bricks and mortar store, and do not have flowers on display for sale.
What if the Person Receiving Flowers Isn’t Home?
We prefer that someone is at your delivery location to receive your flowers. If by chance no-one is available to receive the flowers, your delivery will be left in a shaded location by the door. All of our flowers are delivered in water to prolong their life. If you do not wish for your flowers to be left, please let us know when placing your order.
If our courier can not access the property (apartment, office building) or the delivery address provided is incorrect we will attempt to contact you whilst on location. If you are not available, your flowers will not be delivered. Hey There Poppy will contact the sender to advise of details for re-delivery the following business day, with a re-delivery fee. Free pick up by the sender will also be available. Please note that in the event an initial delivery fee was charged, this fee is non-refundable, we still need to pay our courier for the attempted delivery.
Do you Deliver to Hospitals?
Absolutely. Please ensure the recipient details are correct.
We recommend you confirm with the hospital that the recipient has not been discharged prior to ordering your flowers. If the patient has been discharged and we are unable to deliver your flowers, you will be notified and a re-delivery fee will apply.
I Have Sent an Enquiry, When Should I Receive a Response?
We pride ourselves on our customer service and all enquiries will receive a response as soon as possible. We try to respond within the hour if your enquiry is submitted between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will receive a response within 24 hours at a maximum. This excludes weekends and public holidays where response time may be delayed.
How long can I expect my flowers to last?
As we pick the freshest produce possible, your flowers should be at their best for up to 5 days.
To prolong the life of your flowers we recommend you freshen the water daily and give the stems a trim after three or so days. Clean your vase with a small amount of bleach before and after each posy replacement.
Please leave your flowers tied as they have been perfectly styled.

What will my Flowers Look Like ?
Please be aware the images on the website are for size representation only.
Each bunch of Hey There Poppy flowers is unique, as every day we have a new selection of the freshest, seasonal blooms from our local wholesaler.
Whilst we encourage you to leave your colour preference – pastels or brights – at the notes section upon check out, this cannot always be guaranteed as all our orders are made on a first received basis. In the event your preference is sold out or unavailable, a gorgeous alternative will be provided. This alternative will be best matched to your intial request with the flowers we have in stock.
To give yourself the best chance of having your colour request met, we recommend you make a pre-order with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Alternatively feel free to contact us directly to discuss your design requirements.
I’ve changed my mind. Can i cancel my online order?
There are a lot of different steps involved in providing you with your order including sourcing flowers, preparing them and allocating a courier. Because of this, we cannot offer cancellations once an order is placed.
